After School Program at Pinewoods

Pinewoods After-School provides extra learning opportunities, more time with friends, and self-directed and cooperative games and activities.  There are opportunities for relaxation and playground time. ​

When: Monday-Friday 3:00-5:30pm
Ages: 3 & up

Each day will consist of indoor self-directed activities, outdoor time, and snack. 

Some of our after-school activities include:

• Story time: The children will listen to a story or chapter from a book, answer questions and do a follow-up activity
• Building: Children will create with legos, Kapla blocks, Lincoln logs and other building items.
• Music and Movement: Children will get an opportunity to use instruments, learn dances, and enjoy moving to music
• Board Games: Children will explore and learn how to play a variety of board games such as Twister, Monopoly, Bingo, etc..
• Arts/Crafts: Children will use different mediums to create, draw, and paint.

Before School Care begins at 7:30am. 

Children can read, sketch, color or play with Legos! 
For children ages 3 & up.
